I am a 3rd year student at Aydın Adnan Menderes University, Faculty of Sports Sciences. Since I have been involved in sports since primary school, I chose this department fondly and willingly. I think they made extra contributions to me.
I first started playing football by playing against boys in physical education classes and continued after my teacher Ceyda Baran liked me and directed me to Karşıyaka BESEM team. First of all, of course, my teacher's discovery of me was a significant contribution to me. Later, Feriha Paylar and Gizem Saper, the coaches of my first team, made a great contribution to me by teaching me many things about football. They helped me get here. That's why they put a lot of effort into me.
Uşak64 Municipality Youth Sports Club coach Aydın Kaya contacted me after following me by watching my matches in that season and they hosted me for a while. During this process, I examined the team; Having a young and dynamic player squad, seeing Aydın Hodja's great interest in the team and women's football, and his determination to win the championship made me feel that I should be in that squad, too. Starting the season with an intense training tempo and continuing this pace without stopping, no matter what, made me stronger than I was.
I have been fighting in the defender position for 8 years. To be the best in this position, I often watch matches, analyze the good players in my position and do extra work.
I keep my self-confidence high by getting good sleep and listening to motivational songs before the match. This allows me to show maximum performance in the match.
As a result of my coach Aydın analyzing the opposing team's players very well and identifying the dangerous players, he prepares me to play with them in close marking during training.
Due to my long-term experience, encountering different players in many matches allows me to focus on the match in a shorter time.
Even though we are in the 3rd league, we have implemented a very strict training program and therefore the 2nd league will not be much different for us, because we will continue to train with the same hard tempo.
We had a problem in this regard this season: After the end of our group matches, we waited for the play off draws for a month. This process was very difficult for us because the uncertainty made our training programs difficult. Women's football teams deserve more attention in this regard. Moreover, it is very difficult for football players, most of whom play in the lower leagues, to be transferred because they do not have a license agreement. Some clubs may not grant licenses because there is no specific contract. This creates difficulties in the development of women's football.
First of all, I would like to thank Uşak Governorship. They tried to provide us with every opportunity during this championship process. Only the financial support for the players could be more.
Being one of the best in this field and playing in the best places.
