Hello Ms. Armisa, when and how did you start playing football, can you tell us about your football background?
I started playing football by playing with boys in my hometown of Rozaje, Montenegro. An official discovered me there, so I continued to play in the men's team at Club Fk Ibar until I was 17. Because there was no women's football club in my city.
Can you tell us about your football talent? How much has it been through studying, how much of your football talent do you think is genetic?
No one in my family has played football before, but although it is genetic, one of the most important coaches who improved my talent is Raif Sutkovic.
How do you control your excitement and turn it into an advantage when you are moving towards the opponent's goal or in front of the opponent's goal?
When I was a child, I was afraid of being at the forefront on the field, but over the years, as I started to see my talent and its results, this fear began to turn into a goal weapon.
How do you deal with stress during the match?
I go to every match to have fun first. This is something that significantly eliminates stress. When you look at it this way, you are already winning from behind.
What is the most important feature that makes you who you are?
Hard work and discipline
Are you satisfied with the ABB Fomget team, what are your next plans?
I think I did my duty this season. Now I'm resting at home. I will decide what happens next depending on the situation and circumstances.
Are there any good transfer offers? Are you planning to stay in Türkiye permanently?
Yes, I am thinking of staying in Türkiye if good offers come.
Apart from the known problems of female football players, is there any problem you would like to specifically point out?
If Women's Football Clubs in Türkiye want to be more professional, they need to pay closer attention to the players' problems. They should be solution oriented.
Do you care about the fact that Female Football Players in Türkiye need to act together across the country to get the rights they want?
Yes definitely
